  • What are your order minimums? Minimums vary by program. Contact us and we'll walk you through what makes sense for your volume.

    How often can I receive deliveries? We work with you to set a schedule that fits — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Most accounts land on a weekly or biweekly cadence.

    Is there free shipping? Free shipping on orders over 15 lbs.

  • Where do you roast? Everything is roasted in-house at our facility in Mamaroneck, NY.

    What roast levels do you offer? Light, Medium, and Dark across our full lineup of blends and single origins.

    Do you sell tea? Yes. We carry a curated selection of Black, Green, and Herbal teas, available in single-serve sachets or bulk pouches for batch brewing.

    Can I get samples before committing? Absolutely. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll get samples in your hands

  • Where do you deliver cold brew kegs? We deliver throughout the NY Metro area — Long Island, Westchester, New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey.

    What's the difference between Standard and Nitro? Standard cold brew is a still, clean pour. Nitro is infused with nitrogen gas, which gives it a creamy, cascading texture — similar to a nitro stout.

    What size kegs do you use? We deliver in 5-gallon kegs compatible with standard kegerator systems.

    Do you supply the nitrogen? Yes. We supply the nitrogen, the kegs, and the coffee. You just pour.

    What if I don't have a kegerator? We run a plug-and-play kegerator program. We get you set up and pouring with no buildout required.

  • Is there an extra fee for private labeling? No. Standard labeling is included at no additional charge.

    What formats are available? Private label is available for 12 oz retail bags and 5 lb bulk bags.

    Can I choose my own blend? Yes. Pick from our existing lineup of market-tested blends and single origins, or talk to us about building something custom.

    What do I need to provide? Just your logo and label artwork. We handle roasting, packing, labeling, and shipping.

    Is there a minimum order for private label? Contact us to discuss minimums based on your format and volume.

  • What size offices do you service? We work with offices of all sizes — from small teams to large corporate floors. We build the program around your headcount.

    Do you provide the equipment? Yes. We match equipment to your space, from batch brewers to espresso machines.

    What happens if a machine breaks? We fix it. No tickets, no runaround. We get you back up and running.

  • Do you sell equipment? Yes. We provide consulting, sales, and placement for espresso machines, grinders, commercial brewers, filtration systems, nitrogen setups, and kegerators.

    Do you service equipment you didn't sell? We coordinate service for everything we place. If we didn't place it, reach out anyway — we may still be able to help.

    Should I buy used equipment? We recommend buying the best new equipment you can afford. Used gear is a gamble. If budget is a concern, ask us about our Equipment Loan Program.

    What is the Equipment Loan Program? If you partner with Shkreli exclusively, we offer an equipment loan program designed to lower your startup costs. Contact us for details.
